1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your membership for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to all membership plans: Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, simply email us at [email protected] with your name and the email address associated with your account.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days or at your banks terms and returned to the original payment method.
2. After the 7-Day Period
After the 7-day guarantee period has passed, all sales are final. We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for unused portions of any membership plan.
3. Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships renew automatically each billing cycle. If you cancel your monthly membership, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of that period.
The 7-day guarantee applies only to your first payment. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable. If you wish to avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your renewal date.
4. Annual Memberships
Annual memberships renew automatically each year. The 7-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase only. After the 7-day period, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of your annual term.
If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current annual billing period.
5. Lifetime Memberships
Lifetime memberships are a one-time payment. The 7-day guarantee applies to this payment. After 7 days, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your membership and community access.
7. Account Access After Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period:

• Include: Your full name, the email address used at checkout, and your reason for requesting a refund (optional but appreciated)
• Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
8. Account Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your membership access will be revoked. You will no longer have access to courses, community discussions, custom AI assistants and GPTs, downloadable resources, or any other member-only content.
