Welcome to AI Expansion Community, operated by Expansion Software & Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a membership and accessing our community, courses, and resources, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials via email to access the AI Expansion community platform. Your membership includes access to all courses, downloadable resources, community discussions, and any future content added during your membership period.
Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials, grant access to others, or use your membership on behalf of a third party without prior written permission.
2. Membership Plans & Billing
We offer the following membership plans:
• Monthly: Billed monthly on a recurring basis until canceled.
• Annual: Billed once per year on a recurring basis until canceled.
• Lifetime: A one-time payment granting ongoing access to the community for as long as the platform is operational. This access does not include in person events, virtual summits, special paid events or content etc.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Current members will retain their pricing for the duration of their active plan.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
7-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your membership, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund. After the 7-day period, all sales are final.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Monthly or Annual membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period successful payment, you will receive login credentials via email to access the AI Expansion community platform. Your membership includes access to all courses, downloadable resources, community discussions, and any future content added during your membership period.
4. Acceptable Use
As a member of our community, you agree to:
• Engage respectfully with other members and staff
• Refrain from posting spam, offensive content, or unsolicited promotions
• Not redistribute, resell, or share course materials, templates, or downloadable resources
• Use AI tools responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of service of those tools
• Not use the community to promote illegal, harmful, or unethical applications of AI
We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these terms, disrupts the community, or engages in behavior detrimental to the community environment. Removal may occur without refund at our discretion.
5. SMS Messaging Terms (If Applicable)
By opting in to receive SMS messages from AI Expansion Community, you agree to the following:
• Program Description: AI Expansion Community may send you SMS messages including course updates, new lesson n. notifications, community announcements, account information, and promotional offers.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your activity and our promotional calendar. You may receive up to 4 messages per week.
• How to Opt-In: You can opt-in to SMS messages by checking the consent box during signup or by texting START to our messaging number.
• How to Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt-in again.
• Help: For help, text HELP to any message from us, or contact us at [email protected].
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
• Supported Carriers: This service is available on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent Is Not Required to Purchase: You do not need to opt-in to SMS messages to purchase or access AI Expansion Community courses and services. SMS opt-in is entirely optional.
• Privacy: We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your mobile information. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Changes to SMS Terms: We may modify these SMS terms at any time. Continued use of SMS services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, templates, prompt libraries, PDF guides, and community materials are the intellectual property of Expansion Software & Services and are protected by copyright law. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials for your own professional development.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Any content you post within the community remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
AI Expansion provides educational content about AI tools and techniques. We are not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from your use of AI tools or the application of information learned through our courses and community.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expansion Software & Services and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, its content, or any AI tools discussed within.
Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or your membership shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Platform Availability
We strive to keep the community and all courses available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime.
9. Third Party Tools & Services
Our courses reference and teach the use of third-party AI tools, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, DALL-E, NotebookLM, and Gamma. These tools are owned and operated by their respective companies and are subject to their own terms of service, pricing, and availability.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party AI tool. Changes to third-party tools, including feature modifications, pricing changes, or discontinuation, are outside our control.

10. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify members via email or community announcement.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or your membership shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
